As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a field marketing team of up to 6 Reps

• Generate leads through field canvassing 

• Hit canvassing goals and company goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Job Requirements:

• Smart (no time for modesty)

• Entrepreneurial, with people management experience

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors     

• Valid ‘G’ License is required

• Self-motivated to reach personal and company financial goals

• Confident dealing face to face with customers

• Customer obsessed, passionate, with a positive attitude

• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

• No industry specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do
