As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

Recruit, develop, and manage a field marketing team of up to 6 Reps

Generate leads through field canvassing

Hit canvassing goals and company goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Job Requirements:

Smart (no time for modesty)

Entrepreneurial, with people management experience

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Valid ‘G’ License is required

Self-motivated to reach personal and company financial goals

Confident dealing face to face with customers

Customer obsessed, passionate, with a positive attitude

Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

No industry specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do
