Job Description
Are you passionate about creativity, storytelling, and making a difference? Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Summer Student to join our Marketing & Communications team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills while supporting impactful initiatives that bring Hope Close to Home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including web graphics, social media posts, newspaper ads, and print media
- Supporting the implementation of the 2025 Marketing & Communications Plan
- Building a comprehensive database of media contacts across southwestern Ontario
- Helping to keep the PSSO website relevant and up-to-date
- Contributing to the production of videos for digital platforms
- Compiling a "story bank" featuring inspiring individuals impacted by Parkinson’s for future campaigns
- Assisting with the development of content for newsletters and other communications
