Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure compliance with company standards related to quality, customer service, cleanliness, and food safety

• Monitor labour costs, cash handling procedures, and waste management targets during operations

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding ordering and supply needs

• Address customer concerns and assist in resolving operational issues during shifts

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company operational procedures

• Assist in achieving operational and financial performance targets
