Express is now recruiting for a Senior HR Generalist for an 8 month contract role with a local not for profit client. Hourly pay rate is 25-27$/hr for 35 hours a week.

Responsibilities (Not limited to :)

• Lead the full recruitment cycle and assist with performance reviews
• Administer employee insurance programs; reconcile benefit statements;
• Health and safety; absence and disability/Claims management
• Answering employee requests and questions relating to HR
• Ensure compliance with government legislation

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience; some managerial experience is required
• Not for profit experience a definite asset
• Post-secondary education in HR; CHRP designation or working towards
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
