SUPPLY STAFF PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR
LONDON CHILDREN’S CONNECTION
Permanent, Full Time Position – Commencing July 2021

HOURS OF WORK:

• Generally, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• The successful candidate will be able to flex their schedule occasionally, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources and/or a CHRP designation
• Experience in staffing and performance management
• Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation

• Is proficient in Windows based word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and maintains an effective and efficient supply staff process
• Provides ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to supply staff
• Coordinates and presents orientation and support sessions for supply staff
• Works collaboratively with the HR team, as well as other closely related teams, to ensure the effective delivery of the supply staff process
