Our client, a well-established leader in their field, is looking to add a Service Manager to their business management team. This family owned company is looking for someone to oversee the back shop and service departments of their business.

Responsibilities Include:
- Motivate and guide a team of parts and service technicians and other service staff.
- Supervise process warranty and insurance claims, and external billings
- Clarify and attempt to correct reasonable customer dissatisfactions
- Meet and exceed service objectives
- Monitor and oversee back shop operations in support of overall business objectives.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of previous service department/fixed operations experience.
- Post secondary education
- Technical service expertise and knowledge
- Computer and administrative skills
- Able to display leadership and manage others
