Full Time Permanent (8am to 5pm, Mon – Fri)

Job Description:

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for all aspects of the “order process” It’s your job to ensure all our customers receive the highest quality product and service they have come to expect from Mayne. From the moment, a sale comes in to the time it ships the operations lead is responsible for managing the entire process between our production and shipping facilities and everything in-between. You will coordinate daily needs with production and shipping staff, and work closely with Mayne data analyst, support staff and operations manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an exceptional understanding of all customers shipping requirements and keep matrix current.
  • Develop a solid understanding of entire product line and part numbers to ensure accuracy when approving sales orders.
  • Responsible to manage all customer order portals and keep current.
  • Coordinate and manage all daily UPS / FedEx orders with assistance from Mayne support staff.
  • Responsible to manage and ship customers LTL’s daily per their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with shipping and production facility staff.
  • Coordinate daily demands with shipping and production facility and trouble shoot issues as they arise.
  • Master Mayne custom shipping program (Deliveries) and keep current.
  • Responsible to keep all E.D.I. systems current and up to date.
  • Develop solid understanding of all freight carrier requirements (UPS/FEDEX/LT etc)
  • Provide technical and customer support to both dealers and end user customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls for general information and customer inquiries.
  • Organizing the CDN warehouse and work area as well as ship out packages for sales staff as needed.
  • Complete other tasks that will be given to you daily from operations mgr.

  • Selfstarter, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Computer proficiency a must in Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows10, and ability to learn new Software as needed.
