The Support Analyst - Clinical is responsible for the efficient design, testing, validation, and maintenance primarily of the Oracle Cerner (OneChart) Train domain and associated non production domains. The Support Analyst is expected to engage team, departmental, and external stakeholders for updates, modifications, and improvements to the domain. The Support Analyst acts as the liaison between the vendor and the team/department and is accountable to escalate issues with the vendor or internal parties, as applicable. The Support Analyst manages and supports upgrades and rebuilds of the training domains and investigates opportunity for efficiency through the use of additional tools. The Support Analyst works with the Architecture Team and Clinical ITS teams to develop, manage and update ITS focused documentation and support processes for the OneChart system.

 

What we offer:

 

Rate of Pay: $36.85 per hour to $46.06 per hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a 2-year College Certificate in Computer Science, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, or as acceptable by the Hospital required
  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of recent related experience required
  • Experience with electronic health applications and M365 tools
  • Ability to liaise with ITS stakeholders and vendor
  • Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting of clinical system
  • Logs, tracks, escalates, and resolves system issues and communicates with stakeholders
  • Identifies opportunities for system improvement and collaboration between systems
  • Works with the software vendor to understand and influence future directions and functionality of the software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Vision, Purpose and Values
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
