Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist!

Your role:

• You're a proactive, relationship-driven professional who excels at building and nurturing client connections.
• You'll take the lead on managing and booking all incoming charter requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• You'll be responsible for tracking performance and generating insightful reports to support decision-making.
• You'll actively bid on new charter opportunities and play a vital role in shaping the future of this fast-growing division.
• You'll have the chance to contribute to special projects, becoming an essential part of our charter team’s success.
• You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing department to promote new charter services and craft innovative, customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

Your profile:

• You deliver outstanding customer service and bring a warm, professional presence to every interaction
• You're both polished and personable, able to engage with clients and colleagues alike
• You’re highly organized and able to manage a steady flow of phone inquiries and email correspondence with ease
• You can provide a clear criminal record check
• You stay up to date with local events and community happenings across London and the surrounding areas
• You excel at managing your time and workload, even in high-pressure situations
• Your communication skills are strong, clear, and professional
• You have solid computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• You’re confident navigating and engaging on social media platforms
• An understanding of how a transportation company operates is a strong asset
• You’re familiar with the geography of London, Middlesex, Oxford, and Elgin Counties
• You're available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with some flexibility on start and end times if needed)

Your location

• You’ll be based at 573 Admiral Court, on the second floor. Please note that candidates must be able to climb stairs multiple times throughout the day as there is no elevator access.
