Used Car Sales Professional - Owen Sound

USED CAR SALES PROFESSIONALS WANTED – EARN MORE, SELL MORE, CONTROL MORE

At our dealerships, used car sales is the engine of our business, and we pay accordingly. If you're stuck selling capped deals, losing backend, or watching managers control your paycheck — this is your opportunity. We're not focused on where you've been.

If you know used cars, and want to take advantage of the larger inventory in the area, this role is built for you.

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively. Hours: Open availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm
What You Will Be Doing:

  • Match customers with used vehicles based on qualification
  • Build trust through phone consultations & in-person appointments
  • Sell and lease used vehicles following dealership processes
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
  • Close deals by:
    • Handling objections
    • Negotiating price
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
     

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The 3 A's – Aggressive, Assertive, and Ambitious
  • HUNGER – We don't want average, we want go-getters!
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Technically savvy
