Hours: Approximately 20-35 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Location: 4531 Hamilton Road, Thames Centre, Ontario

We’re looking for dependable, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver a welcoming, professional retail experience.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service.
Assist customers with product information and general inquiries.
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
Receive, organize and maintain inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment.
Follow all age-verification, security and cannabis retail compliance procedures.
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
Comfortable learning retail technology and inventory systems.
Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Cannabis retail experience and CannSell certification are assets; candidates willing to complete required training are welcome to apply.
