Job Description

Express is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position for our client in London, ON for a minimum 4 month contract! The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative experience with an outgoing personality! You will be evaluated during your trial period for consideration of a permanent placement.

Express partners with companies that can demonstrate Covid 19 safety protocols and job site safety measures that comply with ministry guidelines to protect all workers.

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors to the office.
  • Order and invoice entry into CRM system.
  • Asist with collection calls, payment reminders and processing payments.
  • Sorting mail, ordering office supplies and filing.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years administrative experience in a role such as receptionist.
  • Excellent communication skills with and outgoing personality.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
