Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, the Saw Operator is responsible for organizing and processing work to meet production demands while producing quality cut products in accordance with work order specifications and ensuring proper care of equipment. This role focuses on maintaining efficient production processes and quality standards.

Shift Schedule & Pay Rate

Monday to Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays (paid after 44 hours/week)

• Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | $23.00/hour
• Afternoon Shift: 5:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. | $23.00/hour ($0.90/hr premium – afternoon shift)
• Night Shift: 8:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. | $23.00/hour ($0.90/hr premium – night shift)

Location Details:

Ingersoll, ON

This position is not accessible by public transportation. Reliable transportation is required. Candidates located in London, Woodstock, Ingersoll, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate saw equipment to process materials according to production requirements
• Locate, move, and organize materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation
• Label, package, and prepare materials for storage or shipment
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Rework non-conforming products and complete special cutting requests as required
• Support warehouse operations and maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
