Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager - Inside Sales to join our client, a family-run leader in automotive accessories in London, ON, and provide exceptional service to their clients. You'll be given a portfolio of clients to manage and play an important role in helping grow the business.
What We Offer:
- $50,000-$60,000.00/year base salary
- 2% commission on each sale.

What You’ll Do:
- Act as the point of contact for clients requiring vehicle accessories, shelving, and custom parts, entering all details into the system.
- Prepare quotes and send details on pricing and installation schedules.
- Fill in paperwork and record hours and vehicle information.
- Communicate with production and installation, informing the client on timelines and communicating any delays or issues.
- Communicate with the client after receiving the product to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Work with a team respectfully and professionally, ensuring all orders run smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the parts or service field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to enter information correctly.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Full G license, as you may have to go to client sites on occasion.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
