Job Posting: Inclusion Coordinator at Pearce Williams Summer Camp 

Do you believe that everyone deserves to have fun and feel included? Pearce Williams Summer Camp is searching for a special person to join our team as an Inclusion Coordinator to help with our inclusion program for campers with disabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Help make sure that all campers, no matter their differences, feel welcomed and included.
• Work with counsellors who are supporting an inclusion camper to help with any challenges that arise.
• Teach others about kindness, respect, and celebrating differences.
• Work with our Camper/Counsellor Coordinator to support staff and campers.

Schedule:

• You'll be part of the action during camp hours, making sure everyone is included!
• You will be working from Sunday afternoon to Friday Evening during our camp sessions. 
• Living on site with room and board provided.
• This position starts in July and runs till the end of August, some spring employment available if interested.

What You Need:

• A big heart full of kindness and understanding.
• Good communication skills to connect with campers and staff.
• Patience and creativity to find ways for everyone to join in the fun.
• A passion and some experience working together with children/adults with disbilities.
