Pay: $18.00/hour

The Production & Packaging Associate is responsible for preparing and packaging cannabis products while meeting production targets and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Location: St. Thomas, ON
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm or 7:00am–3:30pm (8–9 hour shifts)

Compensation: $18.00 + overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Process cannabis products including flower, extracts, pre-rolls, edibles, and topicals.
• Package products, apply labels and excise stamps, insert hydration packs.
• Maintain product quality and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Follow SOPs, Health Canada regulations, and company quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear criminal record check.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately count and track production.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Manufacturing or cannabis industry experience is an asset.
• Machine operation experience is an asset.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
