Position: CES Enrollment Administration Manager


Location: Hybrid work arrangement combining remote work, in-person duties at the London Wortley office, and travelling to other YMCA locations for meetings and training sessions.


Start Date: February 2026

Salary: $50,000 - $58,000

In this role, you will:
• Develop, maintain, and oversee vacancy tracking tools to ensure timely identification and filling of vacancies in accordance with internal waitlist policies.
• Monitor centre capacity and coordinate vacancy advertising, postings, and outreach to optimize enrollment.
• Work collaboratively with municipal fee subsidy offices to support strategic enrollment planning initiatives while maintaining accurate, up-to-date waitlist systems, including public-facing websites and internal priority waitlists.
• Oversee the collection, completion, and verification of registration documentation to ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and YMCA standards prior to care commencing.
• Provides direct management of the CES Administrator, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision.
• Ensure families are set up in CES CSM systems and provide training and support to facilitate successful onboarding.
• Respond to and resolve escalated customer service issues related to waitlists and enrollment. Conduct post-enrollment follow-ups with families to support smooth transitions and address emerging needs
• Supervise and support CES Administrator, including coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the CES senior team to coordinate operational data collection, establish performance metrics, and generate accurate and actionable reports

Education & Skills Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• 3–4 years of finance experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial, or business analysis preferred
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining data warehouses, preferably in a non-profit environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains) and accounting principles is an asset
• Demonstrates exceptional system management, data governance and people leadership skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
