THE ROLE: The Sales Supervisor is a passionate sales expert who is mainly responsible for coaching the Account Managers to ensure that they have the understanding, skills and resources to deliver upon the business objectives. The Sales Supervisor is accountable to drive a performance culture that ensures an engaged workforce to deliver an exceptional experience to every customer. Through regular and consistent coaching, the Sales Supervisor will foster teamwork and collaboration to meet and exceed department goals and drive all KPIs across the sales team through behaviourial training, sales tracking and follow-up. The Sales Supervisor will lead-by-example and motivate the sales team to perform at a higher level by setting goals and follow-up. The Sales Supervisor will build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports. May also serve as Manager on duty.
