Since 1994, Palasad has been delivering unforgettable guest experiences with our full-service restaurant, sports bar, bowling lanes, billiards, arcade games, and more.

As a Group Event Sales Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our events, delighting guests and driving sales. This part time (25 hours per week) hybrid role offers the perfect blend of on-site action and remote flexibility, empowering you to grow personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Supporting the sales team on sealing the deal on event bookings, maximizing revenue through upselling, and hustling with outbound calls.

Guest Service: Crafting thrilling event experiences, fielding inquiries with finesse, and embodying Palasad's vision of excitement.

Administration: Mastering the art of organization, keeping paperwork in check, and staying on top of sales reports. Utilizing our Past Party Follow Up system to ensure recent guests had a thrilling time. Using our Past Party Outreach sytem to help guide guests to rebook.

Role Specific Core Competencies:

• Stellar communication and organizational skills
• A passion for teamwork and a hunger for ongoing sales coaching
• Previous experience in online and telephone sales with a knack for speed
• Previous customer service experience
