Customer Service Rep and Business Reporting Analyst
Royal Sterling, an experienced financial services company, is a source of valuable information, providing individuals and business owners a range of financial products, services, and employee benefits.

Position Summary
As a result of growth, we are currently recruiting for a Business Reporting Analyst and CSR.  Reporting to the President, this person will be responsible for providing Valued Client support and creating weekly and monthly reporting on Revenue such that the organization can obtain insight on performance in key focus areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing sales revenue data by specific financial services provider and category of revenue.
  • Downloading revenue figures
  • Providing regular customer service support
  • Creating and providing weekly and monthly reporting
  • New business and underwriting support
  • Customer support
 
Position Qualifications
  • Proven ability that one is very comfortable in using Excel; while being proficient in MS Office
  • Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary Education
  • Customer service experience with a pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Quick learner
