Easy Green is offering a full-time Sales Consultant position to the right candidate. The role has a competitive commission based structure linked to performance, and the ability to advance quickly in a rapidly growing company.

Sales responsibilities include calling on warm prospects identified through marketing campaigns, the company website, and other lead generation sources, scheduling roof surveys and customer home visits.

Easy Green Solar consultants are an integral part of a high-performing sales team. Working as the first line, and first impression of prospective customers. As such, you are responsible for educating homeowners about Easy Green Solar and advocating towards getting them on the path to going solar.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up on warm leads
• Listen to prospect needs and wants
• Qualify prospect’s ability to go solar
• Determine the solar potential of homes
• Educate potential customers about the Easy Green difference
• Overcome common objections
• Maintain a database of all leads and opportunities
• Track all activities, from initial lead development through handoff (close of the sale)
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Ability to understand and explain a financial product (solar knowledge a plus)
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy
• Exceptional communication, organization, telephone, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an evolving and fast-paced work environment
