The opportunity

Our business development specialists are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal! However, they don’t do it alone. We are looking for a Sales Manager to help take our Business Development team to the next level!

As our Sales Manager (Business Development) you will:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations and workflow of the Business Development Team.
• Provide leadership through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue expectations, KPIs’, and metric targets through exceptional leadership and personal sales expertise.
• Generate excitement and celebrate successes publicly and often; fostering an atmosphere of success.
• Implement incentives and promotions to drive results and morale within the department.

About you

 You are a sales management professional who:

• Has two (2) years of sales management experience (preferably inside sales).
• Has demonstrated success in growing revenue through effective management and sales skills.
• Can deliver results under pressure.
• Is results driven and able to take over difficult calls and close the sale.
• Is passionate about coaching and developing talent.
• Excels at making connections with business owners and C-level executives.
• Has a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or demonstrated success in sales management.
