Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, personable and high-energy Client Service/ Account Management representative who will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s clients realize the maximum benefit of IES Group’s products and web services.
On a daily basis you will analyse client’s subscription user activity to determine if the client is experiencing the expected value from their hosted software subscription. You will continue to build the client rapport through frequent telephone calls and remote WebEx training sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting existing subscription clients and new trial clients to ensure the client is experiencing the full potential of their software subscription and prepare summary reports identifying overall level of client satisfaction.
  • Continuously deliver high quality service focusing on client relationship maintenance and retention.
  • Diligently build an on-going rapport in order to engage clients through renewing subscription life cycle.
  • Actively listening to client needs to make recommendations ultimately improving the user experience.
  • Deliver effective training programs via online one-on-one and group training sessions.
  • Provide a variety of metrix reports effectively scoring user adoption.
  • Participate in pre-release software QA testing and supporting user adoption post release.   
Requirements:
  • Previous business to business customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience building relationships via telephone, email and virtual training sessions is an asset.
  • Proficient in all MS Office, training utilities via Webex and Join.me, CRM tools (Salesforce, Sugar)
  • Must be extremely organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability and desire to potentially support conference and trade show events.
