Our client, a Leading Financial Institution in London, Ontario is currently seeking a Sales Representative for Telephone Banking on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have strong sales and customer service skills and excel in a goal-driven environment.
What will I be doing?

• Provide excellent customer service to inbound customers
• Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grown business
• Advise and offer clients products and services to meet their individual banking needs
• Play a key role in enhancing customer experience by providing high quality service during every interaction and ensuring that customers concerns are being handled appropriately

• You are comfortable working towards achieving sales, customer service, productivity and compliance targets
• You possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create rapport with clients
• You have a minimum of one year in a customer service and/or sales environment
• You have strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• You may have banking or retail sales experience (as it is an asset)
• You may have completed post-secondary education
• You have flexible availability and can work non-fixed shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00am and midnight, including statutory holidays
• You are willing and able to pass a criminal background and credit check

• Positions start at $17.19 per hour!
• Paid weekly
