The Opportunity:
We are seeking a professional, high-energy business developer who has experience building relationships with business owners, creating partnerships and driving growth of a brand.

Critical requirements are that you are comfortable:

  • Making a high daily volume of calls over the phone and via email
  • Creative thinking ability and have a mindset of growth
  • Being coachable and following a development structure
  • Organizing clients; leads; and scheduling follow-up calls and emails

Key qualities include:

  • Building immediate rapport with other professionals and entrpreneurs
  • Qualifying solid lead opportunities and moving to convert prospects into long term accounts

Compensation:
You will receive a secure hourly wage (Based on 40hrs per week out of our London, ON office) with an attractive commission package with no cap.

Requirements:

  • University Degree, College Diploma, or relevant sales experience
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience or other related field
  • High energy individual comfortable being on the phone for a considerable portion of the day
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, secure business and maximize penetration of assigned accounts
  • Self-motivating, results-driven, top performer
  • Ability to manage leads, build-follow up strategies and close account sales
  • Willingness to learn and consistently follow a well-defined sales process
