Job Description

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will enjoy permanent full time employment with an award winning developer in Southwestern Ontario. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following;
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales regarding agreements, amendments, waivers, purchasers questions etc.
  • Manage the Customer from the sale through to the closing date.
  • Work with purchasers on change orders and selection changes as well as purchaser approvals
  • Complete selection forms and send to site
  • Work with and supply information to Project Managers on pricing and drawings for change orders
  • Meet with purchasers on all selections/upgrades, approvals etc.  Work with them from the unit layout, electrical locations, plumbing etc. all the way through. Keep them on a schedule for selections, a lot of communication going back and forth.- need to keep these files very organized
  • Manage the Customer though the construction process and PDI visits.
  • Schedule pre PDI’S with site and complete-filling out all paperwork.
  • Schedule PDI’S with purchasers and complete.
  • Complete and send copies of all forms to Tarion from PDI’s within required time frames.
  • Schedule with purchasers and site to complete walkthroughs with penthouse purchasers at pre-board.
  • Work with all purchasers for both buildings in answering all questions they have regarding their unit and building, registration, move-ins, etc.
  • Work with building managers for both buildings regarding move-ins, warranty info, scheduling etc.
  • Correspond with purchasers regarding registration, condo fees, occupancy fees, any and all questions etc.
  • Supply information to lawyers as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education in a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role is desired.
  • Very detail oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of construction process and high rise building experience would be ideal.
  • Well organized with an ability to manage timelines.
