This position will greet visitors to the Sifton model homes; provide information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner, while promoting our products.

• Staff the Model Homes during assigned hours, welcome all visiting public, determine their requirements, and provide information while promoting the Sifton New Homes products.
• Be conversant with the surrounding community and marketplace.
• Collect information of all visitors, and pass along to sales associates for follow up.
• Liaise on a regular basis with Sales Associate, to keep up to date on all products, activities and procedures.
• Assist the Sales Associate with the compilation of sales material and forms. 
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas.

• Strong communication skills and proven customer service ability.
• A professional and businesslike image.
• Previous new home or realtor sales experience is an asset.
• Prior experience in the hospitality/customer service industry.
• Possess an interest in new homes sales and construction.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with respect to hours of work and availability for work. Must be available to work a minimum of two weekends per month, plus additional days as required, including vacation coverage for other model home staff.
