Cemetery Director (Sales Representative)
Woodland Cemetery, Mausoleum, and Crematorium

We are presently looking for Sales Representatives for our location in London, On.
Woodland Cemetery, Mausoleum and Crematorium is a non-profit organization owned and operated by St. Paul’s Cathedral Anglican Church of Canada, Diocese of Huron, established in 1879 to replace St. Paul’s Grove Cemetery. Originally a 56-acre property, Woodland had grown to just under 100 acres of beautiful and tranquil landscape, which currently accommodates over 50,000 burials.
Positioned on the Thames River in London, our cemetery is a home to local wildlife, including deer, owls, and red tail hawks which can regularly be observed from the office. Offering an idyllic place for our families to lay their loved ones to rest, Woodland is a historical landmark in the city of London, Ontario.
We are seeking energetic individuals with an eye for outstanding customer service to join our team as a Cemetery Director (Sales Representative).

As a Cemetery Director you are responsible for:
- Booking counselling appointments for our families
- Being readily available to answer family phone-calls throughout the day
- Managing a successful calendar of family-facing sales meetings
- Developing short-term and long-term sales opportunities into new company revenue
- Negotiating and closing business leads with suppliers
- Hosting families at the cemetery for cremation interments
- Consistent incoming leads, low-effort lead generation
- Support from the leadership team
- Non-corporate feel in a small company structure

- Strong work ethic, goal driven and self-motivated

- Reliability and consistency
- Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to multi-task multiple family accounts concurrently
- Has completed or willingness to complete the OACFP, Cemetery Sales Representative Course
- Valid BAO Sales Representative License under the Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 or willingness to acquire one
- Valid driver’s license is a requirement for this position
- Stone Orchard cemetery management software experience
- Microsoft 365 office software suite experience
- Knowledge of local area history
- Bright, positive, and friendly attitude
