Lucas Professional Search Group is recruiting for a territory Sales Representative for our national client in the London area.   The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and expanding sales revenue with new and existing clients as well as increasing market share in new territories.
Position Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through marketing, cold calling, inside sales and networking
• Retain existing clients and increase business through relationship building and exceptional customer service
• Respond to all customer needs, and concerns and identify new opportunities and products specific to each client
• Prepare and present sales presentations
• Develop a sales strategy that is aligned with company objectives and sales quotas

Requirements:

• College or University degree in a related field – Business, Marketing, Communications
• 1-2 years of business to business outside sales experience
• Basic understanding of sales techniques, skills, and marketing avenues
• Strong communication, planning, organization and time management skills
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiating skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation required (insurance coverage provided by company)
