Wellness Office Assistant

Hardick Chiropractic Centre is seeking a mature, reliable, and personable individual to assist our patient care team during an important period of growth and transition within the clinic.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values natural health, communicates well, and takes pride in helping an office run smoothly and positively.

The role will involve supporting front-office operations, patient communication, scheduling, organizational tasks, and general clinic flow alongside our established team.

We are particularly interested in individuals who:

  • are naturally organized and dependable
  • communicate confidently and warmly with people
  • are aligned with holistic or wellness-oriented lifestyles and values
  • work well in a team environment
  • take initiative without requiring constant prompting
  • appreciate a positive, fast-moving workplace atmosphere
Backgrounds in wellness, chiropractic, fitness, holistic health, customer service, hospitality, boutique retail, administration, or healthcare support may all be beneficial.

This role is initially structured as a part-time support position during a maternity leave period within the clinic. However, we are open-minded about the role's long-term evolution for the right individual.

Hours will include a mixture of mornings, afternoons, and some early evenings Monday-Friday.

Please deliver your resume during the following office hours: Monday 7:30 am-11:00 am, Tuesday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm, Wednesday 7:30 am-12:30 pm, or Thursday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm.
