Outside Sales Representative (Renovations)

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid on-site/on-road role for an Outside Sales Representative (Renovations) located in London, ON. The role involves engaging with clients to identify renovation needs, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the representative will handle new business development, provide excellent customer service throughout the renovation process, and collaborate closely with the team to meet client expectations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing strong, rapport-driven client relationships that lead to repeat customers and consistent deal closures. We value proactive, energetic candidates who are eager to develop their career in sales and help drive our business growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
  • Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to understand and address client renovation needs comprehensively
  • Previous experience in the renovations or construction industry is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
