1. Purpose
Knighthunter.com is committed to maintaining a trusted, high-quality local job marketplace. This policy outlines both the proactive steps we take to vet job postings before they appear on the platform, and the process for reporting and addressing postings that may be fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
2. Pre-Posting Vetting and Employer Verification
Before a job posting is published, Knighthunter.com applies multiple review and verification measures, which may include:
-
Leveraging our extensive knowledge of the local and regional employer landscape to identify legitimate organizations and recognize inconsistencies
-
Reviewing employer identity details, posting patterns, and historical activity on the platform
-
Using location-based indicators (such as business address, regional presence, and posting geography) to help verify employer legitimacy
-
Assessing job content for common indicators of misleading or fraudulent postings, including unrealistic compensation claims, vague employer information, or requests for inappropriate personal information
These measures are designed to reduce the likelihood of fraudulent postings appearing on Knighthunter.com and to ensure postings align with reasonable employer and role expectations.
3. Reporting a Suspected Fraudulent Posting
Users may report a job posting they believe to be fraudulent or misleading by:
-
Contacting Knighthunter.com through our designated support email: support@knighthunter.com
Reports should include a brief description of the concern and any relevant details, where possible.
4. Review and Response Process
All reports are reviewed by Knighthunter.com staff in a timely manner. Our review may include further employer verification and content analysis. Depending on the findings, Knighthunter.com may:
-
