As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and technically minded Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Location: London, Ontario Salary: $60,000 base + excellent commission structure Total earning potential: $85,000–$110,000+ What You'll Do Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a B2B environment Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your territory Conduct onsite visits, product discussions, and solution-based sales presentations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline development What We're Looking For 1–3 years of outside B2B sales experience A hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and winning new accounts Technically minded and comfortable learning product details and industry concepts Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle What We Offer $60k base salary + excellent commission structure Earning potential of $85k–$110k Benefits package 3 weeks vacation Supportive, family-run environment where your contributions truly matter If you're ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to grow your sales career with a company that values you, we'd love to hear from you.Application Contact Information
