Job Description
Our client a well-known construction materials provider in London is looking for an Inside Sales Leader to work in a show room environment.
This well-established family-owned company has grown from a small company servicing the local construction field to a medium sized company and needs someone to manage, organize and delver customer satisfaction in the busy London showroom.
What we offer:
- $26.00-28.00 an hour.
- Straight days Monday to Friday with only 1 Saturday a month.

what you do:
- Working on a showroom environment you will be providing customers with options for trim and other finishing materials.
- Staying current on product knowledge and current trends.
- Process orders and keep track of incoming and outgoing orders keeping all departments in the loop.
- Deliver the best customer service resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare Quotes by reviewing plans and reading blueprints for measurements.
- May have to open and close showroom.
- Train and mentor new hires on policy and procedures.
- Maintain stock displays and assigns housekeeping tasks to employees.
- Cover for Store Supervisor when off duty.
Who you are:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in building supplies and dealing with contractors or builders.
- Inside or outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
