Palasad is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our leadership team in London, Ontario.
For more than 30 years, Palasad has been a locally owned destination for entertainment, dining, and hospitality. Our venues combine wood oven pizza, a full-service sports bar, bowling, arcade games, billiards, table tennis, laser tag, and special events to create memorable guest experiences for families, groups, and corporate clients across Southwestern Ontario.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about guest service, and can effectively lead large teams while supporting operational excellence.

Position Summary
As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations across hospitality and entertainment services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and operational efficiency. This role requires leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining, bar service, entertainment attractions, and events
- Lead and support a diverse team of more than 80 staff members
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to support engagement and performance
- Coordinate and oversee events, parties, and group bookings
- Ensure operational standards, policies, and procedures are consistently maintained
- Monitor compliance with Health & Safety standards, public health regulations, LCBO requirements, and other applicable legislation
- Support financial performance by managing labour, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and operations
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience managing diverse teams in hospitality, entertainment, or service-based operations
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality or entertainment environment preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting
- Financial and operational awareness, with willingness to develop business management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $47,000 annually, based on experience
- Eligibility for monthly profit-sharing program
- Operational gratuities in addition to base salary
