Development and Test Engineer – Electrical and Software

You are highly organized and you know how to communicate test plans and their results in a clear and concise way.

What you’ll be doing:

Your primary responsibility will be to create, define, develop, and maintain test solutions and software for Sciencetech products.

• Testing of integrated hardware / software systems

• Create, develop, implement and maintain:
    - Innovative and modular software
    - Product test plans
    - System interface and electrical diagrams

• Assist with preparation of manufacturing documentation

• Coordinate projects

• Lead and direct meetings with other team members and hourly associates

• Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new systems and software

What you need:

• A BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science or Quality/reliability related discipline.  College graduates also welcome to apply.
  -  3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or systems testing environment would be an assett..  

• Proficiency writing code in C++ / C#

* Experience with software revision control

• Responsible, team-oriented, and process aware

• Comfortable working with electronic hardware and wiring circuits and systems.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities in addition to effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Bonus Points:

* Linux server network management
• Autocad/Solidworks/MS Office suite
• Proficiency with MATLAB.
* Project Management skills
• Test specification creation experience
