As the Test Technician Intern, you will be responsible for inspection, testing, programming, labelling, repairing and more to meet product and customer requirements.
This position is located at our headquarters in London, Ontario
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for inspection, high level assembly, and product testing of Electronics/ Electrical control products and wire harness assemblies
- In charge of loading software programs and configurations per customer orders
- Oversees documentation of test results, and quality issues
- Supports teams through with technical support, providing solutions, and through RMA repairs
- Assists the development and design of assembly jigs and fixtures
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in the Electronic / Electrical Engineering Technician / Technology program
- Good understanding of technical drawings and written technical documentation
- Understanding of quality control practices and procedures in a Production and Engineering environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Computer savvy
