Job Summary:
 
The primary focus of this role is managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Alcotex, Elemex and Ontario Panelization including - data capture, data accuracy, sales lead coordination, user training, and reporting of key sales metrics.  A percentage of the role also includes providing assistance with and oversight of web-based marketing activities.
 
Essential Job Duties:
 
Customer Relationship Management (60%)
  • Provide technical, analytical and administrative support to sales management and field agents in the form of dashboards, reports, special projects, data analysis and distribution of information from the CRM system.
  • Run sales performance management reports for agents/ sales representatives (performance to budget, lead to quote conversion, etc.).
  • Generate ad hoc reports on specification frequency, architect adoption history and similar data to help leverage the CRM information.
  • Develop and administer comprehensive CRM standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and training program for agents/ sales representatives and other users.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues and ensure processes are put in place to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain high level of working knowledge with CRM system reporting capabilities and act as the department liaison with Management to develop standard reports for users to extract selected information from the CRM system.
  • Work with Management to develop and compile custom reports for decision-making purposes based on management needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for CRM process improvement.  Work closely with Management to inspect process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. 
     
Sales Lead Management (25%)
  • Review the projects being loaded into CRM system by Area/Region and distribute the project leads to the agents/ sales representatives and/or customers in those areas.
  • Summarize project leads by type, customer and representative and report to Sales Managers.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize a lead scoring system for evaluating lead qualify and quality opportunities.
  • Develop and administer comprehensive Sales Leads SOPs and training program for agents/ sales representatives and other users.
  • Identify required CRM system and lead generation program enhancements and effectiveness.  Obtain cost estimates/approvals with IT and Sales Management oversight to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate specification substitution requests with agents/sales representatives.  
     
Marketing & Administrative (15%)
  • Keep the ELEMEX and related websites current with news and project related information.
  • Implement a social media marketing platform for each company and manage social media based activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

     Education and Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience with CRM administration and demonstrable experience in CRM process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to link the criticality of CRM to the sales process and overall business results.
  • Experience in website development and/or management a plus.
  • Graphic design experience or knowledge, a plus. 

Physical Demands:
This role will involve the lifting and carrying of samples, setting up/taking down of trade show booths, carrying trade show materials and other duties that require the ability to lift up to 10 kilos comfortably
