This Opportunity: 

Cleanlist is seeking a seasoned expert in inbound marketing to head up our new client acquisition program. We’ve had tremendous success growing our client base organically, including acquiring some of the biggest and most reputable logos in the industry. Now we want to invest aggressively in inbound marketing and need a team leader who’s “been there, done that” and is ready to put their talents to work for Cleanlist. 

This is a great opportunity for an inbound B2B marketing champion who’s skilled at working at an executive level, but also thrives when rolling up their sleeves and ensuring the day-to-day execution is 100% and nailing their KPIs.

Responsibilities: 

Your objective is to design and operate an omni-channel inbound lead generation machine that produces both the volume and quality of leads needed to propel Cleanlist’s new logo acquisitions to record-breaking levels.   

  • Define key metrics, establish targets, measure performance, and put in place processes for ongoing metric reporting.

  • Design, resource, and execute measurable campaigns across channels that include an appropriate mix of Content, SEO, SEM, email, and direct mail. 

  • Build and mentor our inside sales team to qualify, pitch, and close new business.

  • Deliver on negotiated new logo win targets.  

Requirements: 

Candidates for this position require the following skills and capabilities:

  • A proven ability to build, develop, and lead an inbound sales and marketing team. 

  • Extensive real-world B2B sales and marketing experience. 

  • Current and in-depth expertise applying the various tools, technology, and processes required to run an inbound marketing function. 

  • A network of contacts and resources to call upon to support you as you execute strategies.

Experience Level: 

The candidate we’re looking for will have an impressive resume that includes:

  • A successful track record running B2B inbound marketing at a leadership level in the B2B technology space.  

  • An advanced business degree. 

  • Experience working productively as part of a leadership team.

Location:

For this role, Cleanlist is open to considering remote work candidates. However, qualified candidates local to our HQ in London, Ontario, and able to work on-premise will be given preference.
