STIHL Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG in Germany, is a leader in the distribution of chain saws and handheld outdoor power equipment in Canada. We have a full-time, permanent Bilingual Dealer Support Representative position available at our London office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Process, review and release dealer orders
  • Manage other dealer related transactions as required
  • Answering dealer phone calls assisting Dealers with tracking shipments, processing pricing & stock corrections and navigating our business-to-business system
  • Responsible for product certificate redemption and credits to dealers
  • Assist with parts lookup and various data entry tasks
  • Other dealer-related transaction processing as required

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Two plus years’ experience working in a Customer Service role is required
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Minimum Highschool diploma is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Ability to remain focused and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP experience is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential
