Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients.
- Collect detailed information about potential personal injury claims, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and sexual abuse claims.
- Schedule consultations with lawyers and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the firm’s database.
- Provide general information about the firm’s services while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal, medical, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with discretion and empathy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
