Salary: $20.95 per hour
- 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Closing Date: September 5, 2017
Note: This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).
Duties: Under the supervision of the Manager, Purchasing and Payment Services, the incumbent provides payment entry functions for the Purchasing and Payment Services department. The incumbent also provides reception, mail sorting and administrative duties for Purchasing and Payment Services, Financial Services and Human Resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary 2 year diploma in Office Administration, Business, Accounting or Purchasing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience gained as a team player in a service oriented accounts payable office environment
- Experience with payables data entry using a complex enterprise accounting system
- Proven ability to use a variety of computer software packages such as Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
