Corporate Training Solutions, Fanshawe College, is currently recruiting talented professionals to join our team of Facilitators and Subject Matter Experts. Corporate Training Solutions offers face-to-face, blended and online workshops. Workshops are designed for professionals in the workplace who are looking to acquire a new skill or perfect an existing one. This series of workshops combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on learning in a lab or boardroom setting. Our small classes offer a personalized learning environment.

THE ROLE:
As a contract facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering training courseware to corporate clients that includes the following:

• In-person, virtual or web-based training sessions using materials provided by the client or specialized materials to be developed
• Manages the learning environment, assuring preparation of the instructional site
• Explores the unique needs of the group and demonstrates openness to altering the session structure in order to best connect with the audience
• Tailors delivery to the needs of the audience, adjusting content in the moment in a way that feels fluid and natural
• Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation and questioning skills and techniques responding appropriately to the participants needs for clarification and feedback
• Provides positive reinforcement and motivational techniques, adapting instructional methods and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences 

 SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Appropriate academic qualifications, credentials and/or certifications as it relates to the priority area(s)
• At least 10 years’ experience, preferably at the mid-manager to senior-manager level as it relates to our priority recruitment area(s)
• Advanced facilitation techniques to personalize delivery of content and enhance the participants' overall experience
• Experience delivering training in one or more delivery methods
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design and techniques
• Showmanship and an on-stage presence that engages participants, maintains their interest, and motivates them to become immersed
• Business acumen, demonstrated skills in challenging participants' thinking and focused on real-life application
• Demonstrated continuous learning values in their own professional development
