ModusQA is seeking a software developer to join our team in developing quality assurance based applications. This is a permanent position with an established London-based medical device manufacturer. The successful candidate will have a computer science / mathematics / physics background and an interest in pursuing a career in the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Take responsibility for all phases of software development for commercial-grade C#/C++/SQL Server applications (product specification through product release)
• Implementation of software verification procedures and documentation
• Interaction with customers for software installations and troubleshooting
• Interaction with medical physicists to develop and implement software requirements
• Interaction with Sales and Marketing to develop internal and external marketing material

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of C#, C++/CLI
• Experience with iterative software development
• and MATLAB required
• Familiar with SQL Server
• Knowledge of image processing
• Familiar with source control/continuous integration process
• Exceptional discipline in coding style, design and documentation
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• High energy level and strong desire to succeed
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong commitment to customer service and customer success
