Job Details
Reporting to the Team Lead - Marketing and Communications, CarProof is excited to announce the new position of Marketing Communications Assistant.
You have great writing skills and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a deadline-focused, organized, people-oriented candidate to excel in, and gain experience working for a best-in-class company.
This position is a three (3) month contract and will require you to be available five (5) days per week (Monday – Friday) and have availability for some flexibility including evening and weekend work as needed. There is the possibility for contract renewal and/or a full-time permanent position based on departmental needs.
This position is based in CarProof’s London, Ontario head office and compensation includes base salary commensurate with experience.

Position Responsibilities
- Work with team to coordinate, design and create CarProof’s sales comparison packages
- Daily competitive analyses in different markets
- Monthly competitive intelligence reporting
- Work with and provide feedback to graphic designer
- Create writing samples to accompany packages
- Analyze differences between our report and those of our competition
- Conduct various research projects
- Ensuring VIN packages are maintained and well organized
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Working towards/recently completed a post-secondary education in Marketing and Communications
- Great eye for detail
- Able to deliver on tight deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organizational and planning skills
- Great team player as well as being able to work alone with no need for micro-management
