Office of the Registrar
Location: London

Type of Position: Full-time Temporary
Closing Date: July 4, 2019
Note: This is a full-time temporary position until December 31, 2019 (35 hours per week).
Duties: Under the direction of the Senior Associate Registrar, Admission Services - Domestic & International the incumbent coordinates the tasks associated with the admission process for applicants to all level 1 post-secondary programs. As a Work Team Coordinator the incumbent administers relevant admission policies and procedures and recommends modifications and improvements. Liaises with other departments on matters related to admission and enrolment management.
Qualifications:
While transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory prior to any offer of employment.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary 2 year diploma in the field of Business Administration, Project Management, Office Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high volume, multi-task office environment with direct customer service
- Experience in team task coordination
- Preference for candidates who have experience developing training plans, coaching others, and in leading teams
- Experience working in higher education, specifically Admissions and/or Registrar Services, is an asset
- Experience in project development and/or project management is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with complex databases strongly preferred
