Assistant, Elementary School (0.5 FTE, 10 month)
LOCATION: Wilfrid Jury P.S.
BAND: B
HOURS OF WORK: 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
RATE OF PAY: $18.82 - $22.57
DUTIES TO COMMENCE: August 26, 2019
JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant, Elementary School has the primary responsibility for making calls regarding student absences under the “Attendance/Safe Arrivals” policy, and for providing general support with clerical duties, information and data management. Duties may vary according to school size and organization
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with business and keyboarding (40 w.p.m.) skills. The ability to use Word and Excel is also required. Selected candidates must successfully complete a practical skills assessment.
