Job Description
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Manages all shift Production maintenance activities at the two London facilities (Clarke Road, Robins Hill Road)
- Manages all preventive maintenance activities at the two London facilities
- Manages all aspects of the stock room at the two facilities including item replenishment and indirect purchasing
- Supports Engineering Department in the development and execution of capital projects
- Develops and manages maintenance departmental expense budgets
- Responsible for the direct supervision of a staff of 20-25
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor of Engineering/Applied Science (B.Esc. or B.AS)
- Licensed skilled trade (Millwright/Electrician)
- 5-10 years’ experience in Production Maintenance management, preferably in a food environment.
- Be a member of or be eligible for membership in the Professional Engineers of Ontario organization
- Proven project management skills
- Computer literate in AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT as well as proficiency in basic office suite programs such as Microsoft Office.
