WAGE
$70,000/year
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Full-time 40 hrs./week
OT as required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting routine preventative maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot control systems
Respond to maintenance work orders
Maintaining effective communication with staff and management
Monitoring the building for preventative maintenance
Responsible for 18 workers
Any other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years automotive maintenance experience
Environmental experience preferred
College diploma preferred
Ability to multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
Able to work independently
Will consider Mechanical Engineers with a Maintenance background
