Job Description

WORKSITE LOCATION
Woodstock, ON

WAGE
$15.00/hr

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time, Ongoing

HOURS
7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in a manufacturing environment both in an office and factory setting
Support departments with administration needs; answer phones, schedule meetings, filing, organization, photocopying, scanning etc.
Coordinate travel arrangements
Assist in organization of plant tours
Organize social events
Maintain inventory levels; order supplies
Assist with general accounting functions; accounts payable

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Business Administration diploma in a related field required
2+ years administrative work experience
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred
Previous experience assisting with payroll would be an asset
